Let me start off by saying this is a great product! It's very strong & it came nicely packaged and beastly wound up. The carabiner was a nice addition to be able to hook it to your belt or around a pole or something. This rope is much thicker than the paracord i previously used and doesn't stretch or dig into your hands nearly as bad as the paracord did. All in all i highly suggest this for magnet fishing!

the length and material made for a great rope for our needs
hello, when the blasting winds came from the ocean and moved our patio table and individual chairs all across the back yard, there was a need for some kind of tie down rope or line. this line and clip worked well allowing double wraps on the 6 chairs and oval glass top table. now, if the winds come back, they will not move. the handy clip on the end allows quick release incase the use of a chair is necessary during the rainy, wintery weather. a great product and fast delivery

Much better than thin paracord!
After a few times of using paracord, I decided it was time to change to a proper rope. This rope is more comfortable in the hands and doesn’t tangle like the paracord did. The carabiner is nice. I just bought a double sided magnet and swapping the magnets out is a breeze now. No more re-tying knots.

Ready to gout of the box
Soo, first thing I attached it to a 500 lb magnet and then like an idiot, dropped it into my cast iron pan. A same person would have put it on the bottom outside. Anyway, it took me and my very large son to pull the magnet free. Held up great. No deformation of the carabiner, knot or rope. Looking forward to doing some magnet fishing.

If you're looking for a rope, and too lazy to go to Lowes or Home Depot, or just don't care to go there, get this one. It's a rope, it's ropey, and it's got a pretty solid carbiner. Attached with a magnet and you're ready to fish murder weapons out of the ocean. Have Fun!

High quality rope and carabiner.
This is a great rope to use for magnet fishing. The rope is high quality and so is the carabiner. The rope's texture gives you a firm grip when trying to pull it in while wet and there's really not much more to say. The rope is stout and has enough circumference to make it easy to grip in your hands. I opted for the red color so that it would be more easily seen while in the water.
