I have small hands and a really difficult time opening jars with larger lids. My sister has a gadget like this and I couldn't believe how well it worked. This does exactly as described, grips the jar and makes it easy to open.

I bought one for my husband and myself plus I also bought one for my 92 year old mother. My mother loves it and uses it all the time. We also use ours a lot and it helps our arthritic hands. I also have a condition where I sublax and dislocate my fingers and other joints (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), so this device saves me from overuse of my fingers and joints and from hurting myself.

Life changer

I bought these for my Mom, who had a stroke, so she lost a lot of strength in her dominant hand. She is now able to open her jars, cans, drinks...not to mention other little things she has found them useful for.
